Embed with a cohort of ~20 marketers to identify high-leverage workflow transformations and help permanently shift how they work toward AI-first execution. Build custom tools, agents, automations, and skills tailored to marketers, coach them through awareness to self-sufficiency, and scale proven patterns across the Marketing org. Document playbooks, track progress via a maturity model, and prepare teams for autonomous, multi-agent workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and document high-leverage workflow transformations by understanding each marketer’s processes and outputs.
•Build custom tools, agents, automations, and skills tailored to marketers’ responsibilities.
•Coach marketers through a progressive journey to regular AI integration and full workflow transformation, enabling self-sufficiency.
•Recognize patterns across the cohort and scale what works by making reusable tools and playbooks.
•Document tools and transformation patterns and track progress against a maturity model while preparing teams for autonomous, multi-agent workflows.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience using diagnostic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
•Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that transformed real work processes.
•Proven track record coaching, teaching, or enabling others with evidence that people changed how they work.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences and adapting to different learners.
•Ability to manage multiple workstreams and relationships at once while supporting roughly 20 marketers.
