Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as strategic enablement partner for SE leadership, diagnosing skill gaps tied to business outcomes, prescribing targeted interventions, and measuring capability changes
  • •Curate and quality-gate enablement content, validating AI outputs for accuracy and audience fit, maintaining a source of truth for domains, and feeding signals back to PM/PMM
  • •Diagnose field needs through signals (Gong, Salesforce, theater-level data analysis, leadership conversations, PM roadmap changes) and prioritize gaps with data
  • •Design activation experiences with appropriate modalities (hands-on/self-serve lab, AI skill, peer learning, coaching) and measure behavior change
  • •Collaborate with Product, Field, Leadership, and Learner to manage intake, build targeted technical content, and align to release cadence

Salary: USD 188,000 - 246,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •A minimum of 10 years of related experience with a focus on enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement in the data space
  • •Bachelor’s degree
  • •Exceptional business, technical, and sales acumen
  • •Deep technical expertise in skills database OLAP/OLTP, SQL, and/or Python
  • •Snowflake experience, SnowPro Core, and/or SnowPro Advanced is a plus
