Key Requirements

  • •Experience in compensation, reward, executive compensation, total rewards, or a related analytical HR field.
  • •Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel and a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • •Ability to create compelling presentations using PowerPoint for leadership audiences.
  • •Experience interpreting market data and compensation benchmarks to derive reward insights.
  • •Strong oral and written communication and stakeholder-influencing skills.
