Job Summary

Build and iterate full-stack product capabilities for BMC’s Control-M data automation and data management platform. You’ll spend most of your time developing production-ready code across backend (Java/Python) and frontend (React), collaborate on full-stack architecture with the product architect, and implement data platform capabilities like orchestration, lineage, observability, governance, and resilience. Work with cloud platforms and enterprise integrations, while driving pragmatic engineering practices including CI/CD and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and iterate full-stack product components for a data automation and data management platform from concept through production.
•Write production-ready code across backend and frontend, including reviewing pull requests and improving systems for simplicity and maintainability.
•Collaborate with the product architect on system design discussions and define full-stack architecture and trade-offs.
•Implement data platform capabilities such as data orchestration, data lineage, observability, governance, and resilience.
•Build and maintain integrations across frontend/backend using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise systems to support real customer environments.

Salary: INR 2,549,100 - 4,248,500 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of full-stack development experience with strong backend proficiency (preferably Java/Python) and frontend proficiency (React, Angular, or similar).
•Full-cycle experience delivering enterprise backend systems from design/requirements through coding, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
•Experience with microservices architecture for complex enterprise-level backend systems.
•Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
•Experience with Spring, Swagger, and REST APIs, plus public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
