Senior Estimator - Data Center Construction

Develop and manage detailed civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) cost estimates for large-scale, multi-building data center campus programs. Lead estimate reviews, produce milestone cost updates, and run quantity takeoffs and cost checks across complex multi-package scopes. Support program-level estimating, benchmarking, cost modeling, life-cycle cost analyses, value engineering, and procurement/preconstruction activities while partnering with cost management and project controls.
