Security Advisor II, Falcon Complete (Remote)

Serve as a Falcon Complete Security Advisor, working with a team to assess customers’ security posture and guide them to successful, secure outcomes. Evaluate customer Falcon environments against Falcon Complete standards, provide actionable recommendations and remediation guidance, and engage directly when misalignments are identified. Maintain customer issue documentation and SLA-driven resolution, deliver service reports and stats, and coordinate with internal support teams to troubleshoot and improve customer satisfaction.
