Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain HBM_TNR process yield by addressing machine alarms and SPACE alarms and analyzing product defects.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on machines according to specified guidelines.
  • •Troubleshoot machine issues and draft detailed passdown documentation.
  • •Uphold rigorous 6S standards in equipment areas.
  • •Apply AI-enabled tools to support troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, documentation, data review, and continuous improvement activities.
