Job Summary

Technical program manager leading AI rack-scale software/hardware integration in AMD's Data Center GPU group. Key Responsibilities

•Define, plan and drive project plans based on management and senior technical guidance.
•Develop and maintain program schedules considering equipment availability, SW/FW schedules, and adjacent validation timelines.
•Be hands-on to analyze, assign, and track detailed project tasks; monitor performance and resolve issues to maintain schedule.
•Collaborate with external vendors and stakeholders outside the CSE organization to ensure deliverables meet or exceed requirements.
•Manage incoming issue tickets and coordinate cross-functional teams to prioritize and drive resolution with all stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
•10+ years of industry experience in program management, with a track record of delivering complex software/hardware programs.
•Strong ability to coordinate and lead activities, work with peer groups, and influence process changes.
•Experience with AI/ML concepts is an asset.
•Experience with JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI and Excel is an asset.
