•Effectively lead, mentor, develop, and assess industrial design team members.

•Communicate design intent through highly resolved 2D/3D drawings, 3D models, documentation, and presentations.
•Drive design direction by aligning with global industrial design vision and ensuring design quality and user-centered outcomes.

Key Requirements

•BS, BA or equivalent in Industrial Design.
•10+ years design experience.
•Proficiency with common design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Keyshot, and Wacom tablet.
•Proficiency with 3D CAD solid and surfacing modeling; CATIA experience is highly desirable.
•Strong understanding of product materials, ergonomics, manufacturing processes, design for manufacturing, and value analysis.
