Job Summary

Provide strategic and operational leadership across the Prep School to drive excellence in teaching, learning, and curriculum development. Partner with the Head of School and the Senior Leadership Team to lead quality assurance, professional learning, and curriculum innovation. Coach, mentor, and develop teachers and middle leaders using data to monitor pupil progress and continuously improve classroom practice, within an evidence-informed, cognitive science-driven school culture.

•Provide strategic and operational leadership across the Prep School to drive excellence in teaching, learning, and curriculum development.
•Lead quality assurance, professional learning, and curriculum innovation in partnership with the Head of School and Senior Leadership Team.
•Evaluate teaching quality using data, monitor pupil progress, and drive continuous improvement.
•Coach, mentor, and develop teachers and middle leaders to strengthen classroom practice.
•Ensure high standards aligned to KHDA inspection requirements, British Schools Overseas standards, and UAE educational expectations.

Key Requirements

•Hold a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, PGDE or equivalent) with a Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
•Hold a Master's degree or National Professional Qualification (NPQ) in Education, or show commitment to continued professional leadership development.
•Have significant leadership experience in a high-performing British curriculum school.
•Demonstrate strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for England and outstanding teaching and learning in the Prep phase.
•Show a proven track record improving teaching quality and raising pupil outcomes, with experience leading curriculum development and quality assurance.
