Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the complete RMA lifecycle from logdown through repair, shipment, and closure.
  • •Maintain and update RMA information in Syborg, including serial-number-level updates and discrepancy resolution.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison between CM, FSE, and sites to coordinate resolution of data, inspection, and technical issues.
  • •Troubleshoot repair and shipment process issues, coordinate exception resolution, and escalate system defects/process gaps through IT channels.
  • •Monitor RMA KPIs (TAT, backlog), identify bottlenecks, and drive automation/digitalization and AI-enabled process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience in supply chain, logistics, repair operations, or order management environments.
  • •Ability to use AI-related tools to improve current processes.
  • •Knowledge of RMA procedures, policies, and work instructions.
  • •Experience maintaining accurate records and status updates across multiple systems and trackers.
