Job Summary

Senior ASIC Power and Thermal Engineer to architect and productize power and thermal management solutions for NVIDIA’s Silicon Solutions Group. You will drive test methodologies, influence board and FW/SW design requirements, and mentor engineers while collaborating across multiple teams to bring next-generation power controllers to market.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop test methodologies for next generation power and thermal management features in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
•Drive board design requirements and FW/SW design requirements to characterize the silicon and ensure proper deployment in products.
•Create methodologies for deployment of features into products and ensure scalable integration across platforms.
•Collaborate with system architects, chip/board designers, software/firmware engineers, HW/SW applications engineers, reliability authorities, ATE engineers, and silicon operations to bring products to market.
•Mentor and train engineers to solve complex challenges and improve processes.

Key Requirements

•B. Tech or M. Tech in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
•8+ years of experience in silicon bring-up, validation, and productization
•Experience with control systems, power/thermal controllers and management
•Expertise in silicon power, transistor/device physics, power modeling and measurement, active power management
•Proficiency in Python, Perl or C programming languages is a plus
