Financial Relationship Banker - Elgin

Build and grow consumer and business customer relationships as a branch-based Financial Relationship Banker. You’ll proactively identify customer financial goals, recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products, and provide excellent customer service while resolving issues. Drive relationship growth through pre-set appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process. Educate customers on using bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM) and maintain up-to-date product and policy knowledge while following security, risk, and regulatory procedures.
