Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and build Agentic AI systems, LLM pipelines, and autonomous agents integrated into R&D and engineering workflows.
  • •Develop engine-level capabilities for business case generation, automated backlog grooming, capacity modeling, and portfolio risk analysis.
  • •Transform manual project/product management processes into event-driven, autonomous workflows using modern agentic frameworks.
  • •Partner with Platform Engineering, DevOps, and Security to embed AI copilot patterns, CI/CD telemetry, and Value Stream Management engines into developer workflows.
  • •Serve as technical authority across cross-functional R&D initiatives through RFCs, architecture reviews, and defining reliability/latency/cost/privacy benchmarks, while mentoring senior/staff engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree with 12+ years of related experience (or post-graduate/Masters with 10+ years; or PhD with 7+ years).
  • •10+ years building complex distributed backend systems, enterprise platforms, or developer tools.
  • •3+ years in a technical leadership capacity (Staff/Principal Engineer or equivalent IC) driving cross-organization architecture initiatives.
  • •Strong proficiency in enterprise programming languages including Python, Go, Java, and TypeScript/Node.js.
