Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the 0→1 strategy and product vision for the ESM business, including defining a 3-year product strategy and differentiation through AI agents, automations, and workflow integrations.
  • •Partner with customers to validate pain points, co-develop workflows, and translate insights into MVP scope, an iterative roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Build and launch an AI-native MVP with a focused set of capabilities, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and UXR to build reliable AI systems.
  • •Lead cross-functional GTM with Sales, Channel, PMM, and CS on positioning, pricing, packaging, lighthouse accounts, and channel partner migration and onboarding experiences.
  • •Operate with startup-level hustle to break down ambiguous problems, ship iteratively, validate with usage, and stay agile throughout the 0→1 stage.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of Product Management experience building AI-driven platforms, automation systems, service workflows, or enterprise SaaS products (multi-agent systems and LLM-powered workflows are a plus).
  • •Proven 0→1 builder who has built and scaled new products or incubations, operating with urgency and resourcefulness through ambiguity.
  • •Technical systems thinking: comfortable going deep with architecture, flows, tradeoffs, and reasoning about integrations, identity systems, workflow engines, and AI agent behavior.
  • •Customer-centric experience translating qualitative operational insights into product decisions based on frequent customer conversations.
  • •Commercial and GTM savvy for positioning, pricing/packaging discussions, and customer and channel partner engagement alongside PRDs.
