Key Responsibilities

  • •Be a key stakeholder in the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • •Conduct technical discovery and qualification to understand customer business objectives and pain points.
  • •Provide first-line technical responses during all phases of the sales cycle.
  • •Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations and Proof-of-Concepts showcasing Lark’s platform strengths.
  • •Partner with GTM and cross-functional teams to create acceptable solutions and address customer objections.

Key Requirements

  • •Min 5 years of solution engineering, solution consulting, or solution architect experience in a SaaS organization.
  • •Fluency in English and Thai.
  • •Experience building and delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
  • •Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem.
  • •Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours within the sales territory.
