Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure children’s safety and support their physical, emotional, and educational development through nursery activities.
  • •Deliver planned educational activities and programs while promoting independent learning.
  • •Provide high-standard care and education aligned to the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
  • •Encourage acceptance and inclusion, adapting activities to meet the needs of all children.
  • •Monitor, assess, and record children’s needs using the Learning and Development Profile Book, and prepare reports on children’s work and development.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Early Childhood/Education (or related specialization) plus a certified vocational certificate in early childhood care and education (Level III).
  • •High school diploma plus a certified vocational certificate in early childhood care and education (Cache Level 3) and at least two years of experience in caring for or educating children.
  • •Native-level proficiency in English.
  • •Currently residing in Dubai or plans to relocate to Dubai.
