Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop long-term strategy and a 6–12 month roadmap for AI-powered manufacturing applications, balancing operational impact and technical maturity.
  • •Set product direction and prioritize AI use cases based on operational impact, feasibility, and data readiness; define success hypotheses and performance targets.
  • •Define functional and non-functional requirements (accuracy, inference latency, explainability, and human-in-the-loop controls) and maintain a prioritized backlog.
  • •Drive end-to-end execution from data collection through model deployment and user adoption, including monitoring, validation, and continuous improvement.
  • •Walk the factory floor to observe workflows, identify where AI adds value, and manage change/adoption with training, trust-building, and feedback loops.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in software product management (or similar), with at least 3+ years focused on AI/ML products.
  • •Domain expertise in manufacturing, industrial operations, or AI/ML applications in operational environments.
  • •Ability to gather and refine requirements for AI/ML systems, including model performance targets, data requirements, human-in-the-loop workflows, and explainability.
  • •Strong understanding of the ML product lifecycle: data collection, model training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
  • •Experience managing AI products deployed in production involving computer vision, NLP, document processing, or intelligent automation.
