Investment Banking Associate - Infrastructure

Support senior bankers in originating, structuring, and executing M&A and other financial advisory engagements for infrastructure-focused clients across Australia. Conduct industry research, financial analysis, and valuation work to support pitches and transaction processes. Build financial models, pitch books, and presentation materials, and coordinate due diligence and data rooms while partnering with legal and compliance teams. Help develop junior team members and expand client relationships.
