Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team in using next-generation defect detection equipment and processes to identify and solve NAND process issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of RDA defect, semiconductor optical and electron beam inspection methods, and e-beam technologies.
  • •Hands-on experience with tools such as Klarity and JMP, with deep understanding of defect mechanisms and failure modes.
  • •Proven ability to innovate, lead and mentor teams, and communicate effectively with strong analytical/problem-solving skills (AI tool comfort mentioned).
