Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic technical leadership across environmental site assessment, remediation, and risk assessment programs, ensuring high quality delivery and regulatory compliance.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver complex, high‑impact environmental projects that influence community planning, land development, infrastructure, and sustainability outcomes.
  • •Mentor and develop talent across the Environmental business, strengthening succession planning and technical excellence.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, strategic partners, and major clients on environmental risk, regulatory frameworks, and emerging contaminants.
  • •Drive business growth through seller‑doer leadership, pursuit strategy, proposal oversight, and opportunity pipeline forecasting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Geo-Environmental Science, Environmental Science, or Environmental Engineering
  • •Registration as a P.Geo. or P.Eng. in Ontario
  • •15–20+ years of progressive experience in environmental engineering or geoscience
  • •Advanced expertise in environmental site assessment, contaminated sites, remediation, risk assessment, excess soils, and emerging contaminants
  • •Proven seller‑doer with track record of building long‑term client relationships and delivering growth
