Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate Commercial Maturity Assessment (CMA) activities with local affiliates, analyzing market inputs and performance data and creating deliverables and action plans.
  • •Update and maintain Commercial Excellence standards and guidelines; benchmark and consolidate best practices across markets.
  • •Support deployment and adoption of D STAR in 11 markets by monitoring roadmap execution, KPIs, and dashboard performance.
  • •Contribute to commercial excellence framework updates by consolidating market feedback and supporting the strategic roadmap rollout.
  • •Help develop training materials and performance monitoring tools and contribute to internal communications (newsletters, workshops, task forces).

Key Requirements

  • •Previous professional experience in a tech, consulting, or multinational company within a complex matrix organization.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and ability to deliver content efficiently and in an agile way.
  • •Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • •Ability to work in a multicultural team; fluent in English (French is a plus).
  • •Able to complete 6 months of internship with an agreement issued by your school/university.
