Partner with Product & Design leadership to develop and execute an HR strategy supporting engineering, security, and privacy roadmaps. Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned to engineering, security, and privacy operations roadmaps.
•Act as the primary HRBP for a dedicated global department, delivering end-to-end generalist/business partner support across time zones and cross-functional teams.
•Coach leaders on organizational design and help structure global teams to adapt to regulatory pressures and internal security initiatives.
•Advise on talent assessment, career pathing, and succession planning for specialized roles in Engineering, Privacy, Security, and Trust & Safety.
•Resolve complex employee relations issues globally, run full-cycle performance management, and use people data/analytics to improve team health, retention, and organizational scale.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including 2+ years as an HR Business Partner.
•Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships with business leaders.
•Experience working in a global, matrixed, multicultural organization and adapting HR strategies to evolving business needs.
•Proven ability to lead talent management, organizational design, and performance management in complex, high-growth environments.
•Expertise using data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Power BI) to inform HR program decisions and measure impact.
