Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet personal and store sales goals through clienteling, cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to drive repeat purchases. Support day-to-day store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and transaction handling, while maintaining service and asset protection standards.
