Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and ship the MVPs for AI-driven communication and automation tools across multiple channels.
  • •Design flows, scripts, and analytics instrumentation to measure performance, latency, and ROI.
  • •Use modern low-code/no-code and AI toolchains (e.g., Replit, Retell, Make/Zapier, etc.).
  • •Run a daily experiment loop: analyze failures, deploy fixes, and iterate toward KPIs.
  • •Build and maintain dashboards tracking funnel metrics, quality, and impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Builder DNA: ships scrappy v1s in days; extreme ownership; bias to action, relentless hunger to move things
  • •Scientific operator: experiment design, metric discipline, comfort with messy data
  • •Hands-on technical bar (non-negotiable)
