Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and supply chains, to deliver compliant industrial construction projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestones to avoid schedule slips, including forecasting and updating milestones and budget.
  • •Verify project governance, processes, and systems are utilized and apply best practices across projects.
  • •Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure approved design standards are applied correctly; manage supplier interfaces with weekly reviews and monthly trackers.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and independently review status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs; respond to RFIs and provide technical support (including cost control and constructability guidance).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a broader team.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills.
