Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, support, and maintain the Microsoft 365/Exchange environment and associated endpoints.
•Design, implements, and executes disaster recovery and business continuity plans for collaboration platforms.
•Create and maintain runbooks, documentation, and service definitions for core services.
•Provide monitoring and alerting to produce actionable alerts and ensure smooth operations.
•Perform incident response and on-call duties to keep systems running.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience.
•Typically requires 3+ years of professional experience, and moderate to expert level proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job.
•Moderate to advanced skills leveraging Exchange and M365 suite of Apps.
•Advanced skills troubleshooting and resolving complex mailflow and 3rd party app integrations.
