Job Summary

Own reliability engineering for mission-critical fintech platforms by defining SLOs/SLIs and error budgets, leading incident response, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

•Define and govern SLOs/SLIs and error budgets, and drive engineering practices that uphold reliability KPIs.
•Lead cloud migration and modernization from on-prem/PCF estates to AWS-native and containerized platforms with resilience and zero-business-impact cutovers.
•Build and enhance observability stacks across Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, CloudWatch, and develop dashboards, golden signals, and intelligent alerting.
•Own major incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews, while upholding ITIL-aligned change/problem/release management.
•Identify operational toil and engineer scalable automation solutions; embed reliability across the product lifecycle with engineering, architecture, and infrastructure teams.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of industry experience with 5+ years hands-on SRE, CloudOps, DevOps, or Production Engineering experience (fintech/banking preferred).
•Strong cloud platform expertise across AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC), PCF/Tanzu, and hybrid on-prem environments.
•Production experience with Kubernetes and Docker, plus infrastructure automation using Terraform.
•CI/CD and GitOps experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
•Observability and incident/change knowledge using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk/CloudWatch, and ITIL-aligned incident/problem/change management.
