Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain critical asset planning tools and “What If” fleet management scenarios for Typhoon assets.
  • •Plan, manage, and report major critical assets (e.g., engines, Damocles LRP, pylons) in line with RSAF priorities and command structure.
  • •Continually analyze asset data to improve planning, tasking optimization, and maintenance efficiency.
  • •Provide proactive support to on-base RSAF stakeholders to ensure scheduled maintenance and maintenance programme changes are planned and accomplished.
  • •Provide fleet direction regarding asset usage rates, operator adherence, and scheduled/corrective maintenance, and enhance fleet management policy/processes.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years post-qualification practical maintenance/CA experience with at least 5 years in a relevant CA environment.
  • •At least 3 years’ experience in a relevant management role.
  • •Familiar knowledge of Continuing Airworthiness, aircraft types managed, and the aircraft maintenance environment.
  • •Practitioner skills in Fleet Planning and Aircraft Maintenance Programme, plus Familiar skills in Reliability Programme and Modifications management.
  • •Saudi Engineering Council (SEC) Registration and an appropriate technical qualification (NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC/technical apprenticeship/Part 66) acceptable to M&CA.
