Serve as the primary technical lead for sales and capture activities targeting complex U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs health IT opportunities focused on VistA and related systems. •Primary technical lead supporting sales efforts into the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
•Design end-to-end technical architectures with VA systems, including navigating hybrid environments of legacy VistA and newer platforms.
•Lead technical discovery sessions and translate VA requirements into solution designs, implementation plans, and technical proposals.
•Architect integrations using VistA APIs, HL7, FHIR, RPCs, MUMPS-based data structures, and VA data models, including scalable architectures for 130+ VistA instances.
•Support RFIs and proposal responses (including drafting RFP content) and deliver technical demonstrations tailored to VA use cases.

•Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and executive audiences in regulated, mission-critical healthcare environments.
