Key Responsibilities

•Develop, program, and execute inspection routines for CMMs, portable arms, and laser trackers using PC-DMIS, Polyworks, and Spatial Analyzer.
•Analyze inspection data to perform root cause analysis, support SPC initiatives, and conduct capability studies.
•Collaborate with Design and Manufacturing Engineers to provide DFM/DFI feedback on new products.
•Interpret engineering drawings and 3D CAD models to create inspection plans validating GD&T requirements.
•Generate inspection reports, present findings to cross-functional teams, and support metrology SOP documentation within an AS9100 Quality Management System.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in a manufacturing, quality, or metrology engineering role.
•Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering field (or equivalent experience).
•Strong proficiency interpreting and applying GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
•Hands-on experience with at least one major metrology software platform (PC-DMIS, Polyworks, or Spatial Analyzer).
•Experience working in a manufacturing environment governed by a formal Quality Management System (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001).
