Corporate Counsel, Strategic Investments

Provide solutions-based legal counsel to internal Finance and Engineering teams on corporate transactions and strategic investments. Own end-to-end legal diligence, negotiation, deal execution, and integration planning, including drafting transaction playbooks and commercial agreements. Manage domestic and international corporate legal affairs, partner with stock administration on equity plan documents and communications, and support training on legal standards and regulatory expectations.
