Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a product surface end to end, from customer conversations and product design through API design, implementation, and rollout.
  • •Design and ship granular alerting and analytics that meet contractual latency SLAs.
  • •Build entitlement and spend-control primitives (credit balances, allocations, usage-percentage alerts, rate limits) enforced against real-time billing state.
  • •Shape roadmap primitives and interfaces that other teams build against with foundational decisions still open.
  • •Collaborate across PM, design, sales, and customer success, working directly with enterprise and AI customers.

Key Requirements
