Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and source manufacturers/suppliers/products from China and compare suppliers on price, quality, reliability, and lead times.
  • •Contact factories and suppliers for quotations, specifications, samples, production timelines, and MOQs.
  • •Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, payment terms, MOQs, and production timelines, and help reduce sourcing/procurement risks.
  • •Translate written communication and provide real-time interpretation for calls/meetings; translate business documents such as quotations, contracts, invoices, and product information.
  • •Maintain supplier relationships and follow up on quotations, samples, production, shipping, and outstanding issues; visit suppliers/trade shows in China when required.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent or native-level Mandarin Chinese.
  • •Strong professional English (written and spoken).
  • •Currently based in the UAE, preferably Dubai.
  • •Strong communication and negotiation skills with Chinese factories and suppliers.
  • •Comfortable using WeChat and Chinese sourcing/e-commerce platforms, and traveling to China when required.
