Key Responsibilities

  • •Own an enhancement request pipeline across multiple strategic enterprise accounts and ensure requests keep transitioning rather than idling.
  • •Translate customer requirements into shipped products by synthesizing patterns across accounts into coherent product direction.
  • •Feed validated customer patterns back into core product roadmaps and influence direction beyond covered accounts.
  • •Serve as the primary product voice in meetings with senior customer stakeholders and deliver roadmap updates, including deprioritizations and misses.
  • •Partner with product and engineering leads to write actionable requirements, support deal cycles (e.g., RFPs/security questionnaires/roadmap presentations), and create visibility artifacts like trackers and dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years of product management experience, including 4+ years in B2B enterprise software, with a track record of shipping products from customer input.
  • •At least 4+ years owning product areas with meaningful revenue impact and working directly with named strategic accounts.
  • •Hands-on security domain knowledge, including SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and/or security operations platforms; able to discuss detection engineering and compliance use cases.
  • •Experience running a structured enhancement request pipeline across several enterprise accounts simultaneously and building working tracking systems quickly.
  • •Executive presence and technical credibility: lead discussions with CISO/CTO/VP-level stakeholders and write requirements engineers can act on.
