Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and oversee molding machine operations to ensure efficiency and quality production.
  • •Change material and color, start up machines in a timely manner, and monitor quality at start up.
  • •Perform mold repairs, insert changes, and preventative maintenance as required; respond to alarms and malfunctions.
  • •Complete line clearance documentation after each job and make appropriate machine adjustments while maintaining standards.
  • •Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance, oversee packaging procedures, inspect scrap, and support shift transitions.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior plastic injection molding experience is highly preferred.
