Job Summary

Set up, operate, and oversee molding machines to maintain efficient production and consistent product quality. Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to troubleshoot malfunctions, perform mold repairs and preventative maintenance, and document line clearance, adjustments, and scrap. Support packaging, alarms, and shift transitions, occasionally covering for a Shift Supervisor and assisting with packer/handler and material handling as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Set up and oversee molding machine operations to ensure efficiency and quality production.
•Change material and color, start up machines in a timely manner, and monitor quality at start up.
•Perform mold repairs, insert changes, and preventative maintenance as required; respond to alarms and malfunctions.
•Complete line clearance documentation after each job and make appropriate machine adjustments while maintaining standards.
•Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance, oversee packaging procedures, inspect scrap, and support shift transitions.
