Electrical Engineer - Buildings

Support electrical engineering work for the Property & Buildings Team, assisting with due diligence, permitting, design, and construction across utility and commercial projects. Collect and analyze substation and equipment data, review third-party documents, and produce engineering calculations, drawings, and reports (e.g., single-line/three-line diagrams, grounding and lightning protection). Collaborate cross-functionally on small-to-medium projects and help create technical presentations, quality-control documentation, and site HASPs.
