  • •Monitor and review daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly regulatory reports.
  • •Prepare and substantiate documentation to demonstrate adequate processes/controls to meet regulatory requirements.
  • •Analyze substantial shareholding data and support shareholding reporting to global regulatory requirements.
  • •Stay current on regulatory changes (thresholds, deadlines, forms) and update procedures and applications accordingly.
  • •Provide day-to-day people leadership through workload prioritization, coaching, performance support, onboarding, and capability building.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15 years of relevant experience in compliance or regulatory environments within an investment advisor or mutual fund group.
  • •Strong knowledge of financial products and the mutual fund industry, including regulatory requirements and regulatory changes/new reporting requirements.
  • •People management experience with team leadership, mentoring/coaching, performance enablement, workload management, and development.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or Finance (Master’s preferred).
