Key Responsibilities

•Collect and interpret data from sources including customer bookings, operational schedules, and financial records.
•Analyze customer behavior, service popularity, and booking patterns to find growth and improvement opportunities.
•Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as customer satisfaction, staff efficiency, and profitability.
•Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
•Monitor operational data to identify inefficiencies in scheduling, supply usage, and staff deployment, ensuring data accuracy across systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 67,000 - 69,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience working as a data analyst or in a related field.
•Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI).
•Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present complex information clearly and precisely.
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics (preferred).
•Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
