•Lead Key Business Outcome / Initiatives. Accountable for one or more large scale key results. Lead and contribute to development of company objectives and long term strategy of the services

•Collaborate with Product Managers and other stakeholders to drive business outcomes. Ensure timely delivery of high quality software meeting customer needs
•As a leader, inspire, motivate and coach team members to achieve maximum productivity, optimal creativity and efficiency
•Hire, develop and mentor top engineering talent

Key Requirements

•BS or MS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
•12+ years of hands on experience designing and developing cloud scale and highly available server applications and services
•5+ years of experience in leading, mentoring, and managing development teams (cross-functional)
•Exceptional proficiency in Java or similar programming language
•Expertise in Cloud Infrastructure platforms such as AWS
