•Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams.
•Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
•Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers across functions.
•Identify execution gaps and push teams to close them; own urgent business problems that don’t fit neatly into one department.

Key Requirements

•High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
•Strong writer and structured thinker with reliable follow-through.
•Able to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
•Comfortable handling ambiguity, urgent problems, and shifting priorities.
•Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
