Job Summary

Join the System Strategy & Operations team to support client incentive systems and the monthly settlement/payout process. Help verify incentive calculations, audit data, and translate Latam business needs into product requirements and PRDs. Enable users by creating training and enablement materials, resolve daily system queries, and support client incentive BI dashboards using key metrics for regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist end-to-end operation of the client incentive system and monthly settlement/payout process to ensure timing and accuracy.
•Verify and audit incentive calculation results; identify data anomalies or calculation gaps under mentor guidance.
•Translate Latam regional business needs into system product requirements and assist in writing PRDs.
•Create training materials, marketing content, and sales enablement documentation to drive adoption of incentive tools and dashboards.
•Support issue resolution for daily system queries from internal sales reps and external clients, explaining calculation logic clearly.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related).
•Proficiency in Chinese and English, with strong communication and presentation skills to simplify complex information for different audiences.
•Ability to commit to at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 6 months.
•A fast learner with a strong sense of ownership, comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, multicultural environment.
•Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication mindset to thrive in ambiguity.
