Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end RTR operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting.
  • •Lead period-end close activities, maintain financial result integrity, and drive RTR process excellence with RTR and Tax GPOs.
  • •Champion automation, digital transformation, and process optimization to improve efficiency and accuracy while reducing manual interventions.
  • •Monitor service performance, resolve escalations, address data quality issues, and strengthen controls and reporting compliance with cross-functional teams.
  • •Support audit readiness by managing responses to internal and external audits and lead transformation initiatives focused on standardization and system optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience post CA in Record-to-Report (RTR), Finance Operations, or Shared Services, focused on service delivery and operational excellence.
  • •Deep expertise in RTR processes including journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, fixed assets, and period-end close.
  • •Proven ability to lead global teams, manage escalations, and drive high-performance service delivery.
  • •Strong experience strengthening controls, improving data quality, and enhancing reporting accuracy.
  • •Hands-on experience with ERP systems and automation tools such as SAP and BlackLine.
