Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion and lead the BU productivity strategy agenda, including integrated planning (3-year and 1-year), productivity target setting, and linking to procurement/operations cost base and portfolio margin performance.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams to build, launch, and deliver a portfolio productivity project pipeline (value engineering, PPA, CMA, in/out-sourcing).
  • •Partner with BU CFO office and central FP&A to embed and maintain end-to-end productivity forecasting and reporting via monthly business cycles/routines.
  • •Lead productivity reporting/review routines with central and functional leadership (Procurement, Operations) to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • •Maintain visibility of the in-year and future productivity pipeline at both BU and platform/category (finished good category) levels and co-lead the AOP cycle for productivity components.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or engineering (MBA or a master’s in finance/operations is a plus).
  • •5-8 years of work experience in FMCG.
  • •Extensive project/program management experience in a large, matrixed organization.
  • •Strong understanding of P&L structure and operational projects.
  • •Expert ability in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint) and stakeholder collaboration.
