Job Summary

Support the Executive Services team by administering stock plan programs and executive compensation activities, including RSUs, stock options, and performance shares. Manage global ESPP enrollment, purchases, and reporting, perform equity/transaction reconciliations, and maintain stock plan administration procedures. Help ensure accurate equity compensation reporting for SOX compliance and SEC filings, support plan communications, counsel employees on equity topics, and drive process improvement and automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer and coordinate executive services programs, including RSUs, stock options, and performance share programs for relevant events.
•Manage global Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) activities for enrollment, purchases, and reporting.
•Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation of equity and transaction data and maintain stock plan administration procedures.
•Support equity compensation reporting for SOX compliance and assist with preparation of SEC filings.
•Support plan communications and announcements, counsel employees on equity and executive compensation issues, and respond to requests while improving and automating processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, human resources, or related fields.
•Minimum three years of progressive experience in executive compensation or related professional services (e.g., finance, accounting, tax).
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
•Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in plain English.
•Stock plan administration experience; prior SAP and/or SuccessFactors experience is preferred.
