Key Responsibilities

•Perform cash flow monitoring and oversight across transfer agent, fund administrator, income distribution, investment restrictions, and timely settlement.
•Manage safekeeping/recordkeeping and ownership verification.
•Cover for funds within the team when required.
•Support team workflows, including adherence to mandatory training and operating to high standards.
•Train and mentor new staff on daily tasks.

Key Requirements

•1 to 2 years’ experience in Depositary (Fund Administration or Audit is a plus).
•Knowledge of UCITS/AIFMD regulations.
•Fluency in English (verbal and written) and strong oral/written communication.
•Proficiency in Microsoft 365 with strong Excel skills.
•University degree, preferably in Accounting & Finance or Economics.
