Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to customer, Sales, Clinical staff, distributors, and end-users for technical support via telephone/email and hands-on troubleshooting/repair.
  • •Schedule and perform planned preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and testing of product lines at customer sites or the service center.
  • •Complete required service documentation in ZOLL systems for device service history and compliance regulations.
  • •Provide technical training on ZOLL products to distributors or clinical staff as directed.
  • •Handle complaint procedures including device investigations and writing investigation reports; escalate issues to the international ZOLL organization.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing medical equipment in a hospital, clinic, or corporate environment.
  • •Strong technical skills in electromechanical and/or other medical devices.
  • •Knowledge of FDA and ISO 13485 medical device quality system standards and requirements.
  • •Ability to communicate and organize effectively while working in busy hospital environments and handling customer problems.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering (preferred).
