Job Summary

Provide technical support, service, and repair for ZOLL acute care product lines at customer hospital sites and occasionally at ZOLL facilities. Perform planned preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and detailed service documentation in ZOLL systems. Handle customer complaints and investigations, deliver product training to distributors/clinical staff, and collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and R&D to improve device performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

•Respond to customer, Sales, Clinical staff, distributors, and end-users for technical support via telephone/email and hands-on troubleshooting/repair.
•Schedule and perform planned preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and testing of product lines at customer sites or the service center.
•Complete required service documentation in ZOLL systems for device service history and compliance regulations.
•Provide technical training on ZOLL products to distributors or clinical staff as directed.
•Handle complaint procedures including device investigations and writing investigation reports; escalate issues to the international ZOLL organization.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•4-6 years hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing medical equipment in a hospital, clinic, or corporate environment.
•Strong technical skills in electromechanical and/or other medical devices.
•Knowledge of FDA and ISO 13485 medical device quality system standards and requirements.
•Ability to communicate and organize effectively while working in busy hospital environments and handling customer problems.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering (preferred).
