Job Summary

Serve as a liaison between CHS and customers by delivering market, supply/demand, and economic analysis to support commodity trading decisions. Analyze trading strategies to optimize volume, profit, and risk control, including futures hedging and profit/loss evaluation. Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth trade execution, grow the business, manage budgets, and develop pricing strategy and contracts. Maintain safety culture and oversee customer service.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide market analysis, supply/demand reports, and economic analysis as the liaison between CHS and customers.
•Analyze and determine trading strategies to optimize opportunities, volume, and profit while controlling risk.
•Apply commodity knowledge to trading terms, risk measurement, profit/loss analysis, and futures hedging.
•Coordinate with customers and internal teams (buyers, finance, logistics, other regions) to ensure smooth trade execution.
•Oversee customer service and manage sales budget/expenses, forecasting, and pricing strategy development.

Key Requirements

•High School diploma or GED.
•2+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Commodities.
•2+ years of experience in Trading.
•Understanding of commodity markets and trading principles.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
