Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end application architecture reviews to ensure compliance with Taiwan regulations and HSBC standards.
  • •Conduct External Hosting Committee (EHC) reviews for cloud and outsourcing initiatives.
  • •Partner with regional/global architecture and cloud teams to design and implement strategic technology solutions.
  • •Support Taiwan CIO with Future State Architecture (FSA), technology roadmap, and architecture governance.
  • •Drive application evergreen, legacy system demise, infrastructure upgrades, and technology resilience initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •10+ years’ experience in enterprise/application architecture, cloud technologies, and solution design.
  • •Strong knowledge of Taiwan technology regulations, cloud governance, outsourcing regulations, and information security.
  • •Experience with application architecture, legacy modernization, infrastructure upgrades, and technology resilience.
  • •Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in English and Traditional Chinese.
