Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development and execution of ESG strategy aligned with business and project goals.
  • •Integrate ESG requirements into greenfield project planning across utilities, water, energy, waste, contractor management, and development reviews (e.g., ZLD, energy efficiency, LEED, carbon reduction).
  • •Perform environmental impact assessments and sustainability audits; monitor energy, water, waste, and greenhouse gas emissions.
  • •Collect, analyze, and maintain ESG data for reporting and disclosures (GRI/SASB/TCFD/BRSR), regulatory submissions, and customer sustainability questionnaires.
  • •Coordinate across Project, Facilities, EHS, Procurement, and Operations teams to manage vendor/contractor ESG compliance and drive continuous improvement, benchmarking, and decarbonization initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Sustainability, EHS, or a related field.
  • •2–4 years of relevant experience in Sustainability/ESG/EHS roles.
  • •Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor environments is preferred; greenfield or large project experience is highly desirable.
  • •Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, environmental compliance/regulations, and carbon accounting/sustainability metrics.
  • •Ability to collect, analyze, and report ESG data with tools such as Excel and Power BI, and collaborate cross-functionally with strong documentation and communication skills.
